Francisco Ruiz March 2026

The FDOT District Six Transportation Systems Management & Operations (TSM&O) Office is happy to recognize Mr. Francisco Ruiz as the Road Ranger of the Month for March 2026.

Mr. Ruiz has served as a Road Ranger in South Florida for 20 years. Throughout his tenure, he has been a steady source of knowledge and support for his team members and the traveling public. He is a certified Heavy-Duty Vehicle Operator and manages complex traffic incidents that require advanced training and coordination. He works alongside partner agencies to clear critical events and restore traffic flow across Miami-Dade County.

Mr. Ruiz is passionate about helping others. He holds himself to a high standard each day and takes pride in the positive impact his work has on the community. His long-standing dedication to the Road Ranger Program reflects his character and his unwavering commitment to service.
