The Florida Department of Transportation District Six Office won America’s Best Transportation Project in the Innovative Management category for their role in deploying Phase 1A of the 95 Express Project. The regional award was dedicated by the southern division of the American Association of State Highway Officials (AASHTO) in September 2009.
