FDOT to Host TIM Meeting in April

The Florida Department of Transportation’s District Four and District Six Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Teams will hold its bi-annual joint meeting this April.

The goal of this meeting is to update partner agencies about the TIM program’s latest activities and initiatives. Incident management representatives from the southeast Florida TIM community, including Miami-Dade Expressway Authority, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and FDOT are scheduled to attend and present about their respective agencies and projects.

TIM meetings are a great opportunity for attendees to raise questions and give feedback to program members. The goal of these meetings is to promote communication between regional incident managers and improve coordination between all members. They work to promote Florida’s Open Road Policy and achieve the safety and mobility goals in our community.
