TSM&O Office Participates in the First Annual MDO Expo Event

The District Six Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSM&O) Office participated in the first annual Modal Development Office (MDO) Expo in October. The outdoor event was held at the District Six headquarters and was comprised of various transportation organizations and vendors who promoted their multimodal services to FDOT staff.

TSM&O representatives had a booth at the event and spoke about the program’s services and initiatives. Staff engaged visitors with lively discussions, showcased the latest TSM&O program video, and distributed branded materials for them to take home. The event served to refresh FDOT employees about the importance of innovative transportation solutions and their role in promoting the safety and mobility of our roadways.

The MDO Expo was a great success for the District Six MDO Office. A total of twenty organizations were in attendance and represented various modes of travel such as aviation, freight, rail, and transit.  These events offer valuable opportunities for community members and transportation professionals to exchange ideas and foster collaboration. The District Six TSM&O Office supports this mission and is committed to participating in future events.
